Guimi (桂蜜龙眼)

Description

It has nearly round fruits of uniform size, with an average fruit weight of 10.1 grams. The skin is thick, light yellow-brown, with faint signs of cracking and prominent warty protrusions. The flesh is milky white, semi-transparent, does not release juice on the surface, easily separates from the seed, has a crisp texture, melts in the mouth, and has low juice content. The flesh has a rich honey aroma, with an edible rate of 70.7% and a soluble solid content of 22.5%. The seed is light reddish-brown with a broad hilum. The fruit is also highly resistant to storage.
