Description
Golden Finger Grape is a Euro-American hybrid table grape known for its exceptionally large, attractive clusters. The clusters are long-conical in shape, moderately compact, with an average cluster weight of about 750 g, and maximum clusters reaching 1,500 g.
The berries are uniquely shaped and visually striking, long-oval and slightly curved, resembling a bow. Their color is yellowish-white, with an average berry weight of 8 g, which can increase to 10 g after thinning.
The skin is medium-thick and tough, resistant to cracking, while the flesh is firm, sliceable, and durable, making the grapes ideal for transport and storage. The fruit is sweet and refreshing, with sugar content ranging from 20–22%, and has a rich flavor reminiscent of rock sugar and milk.
The berries attach firmly to the stem; a single berry can hold the entire cluster when lifted. Golden Finger Grape typically ripens in late July, making it an early-season, high-quality table grape.
