- Edible Rate: The edible portion accounts for 64.1% to 73.4% of the fruit.
- Soluble Solids: The fruit has a soluble solids content of 13.5% to 16%.

- Seed: The seed is dark purple-black, flattened, and round, with a medium-sized oval hilum.
