Description
Furong Plum produces large, nearly round fruits weighing between 40 to 70 grams, with the largest reaching up to 100 grams. The fruit has a flat or slightly sunken top, with a distinct, deep suture line. The skin is relatively thick, light red with greenish-yellow spots, and covered with a thick, silver-gray waxy coating. The flesh is deep red, crisp, with a balanced sweet-tart flavor. The stone is small and flat-round, with an edible rate of 96%. The variety is high-yielding and of excellent quality, with fruits maturing in mid to late July.
