Description
It matures in May and June. The fruit is large and round, with a round and plump flesh column. The fruit color is deep red or purple red. The flesh is tender and crisp, rich in juice, and tastes sweet and slightly sour.
The average single fruit weight is 10 to 15 grams, the total acid is 0.65%, the soluble solids are 11.5%, and the edible rate is ≥93%.
