Description
The Early Golden Crispy Pear is a new early-ripening yellow pear variety developed by the Liaoning Institute of Fruit Trees. In Yixian County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, it matures on July 23 and can remain on the tree until September 20. The fruit has a golden-yellow color with a waxy sheen, an average weight of 240 grams per fruit, and a maximum weight of up to 500 grams. Its sugar content is approximately 14%, with a fruit development period of 85 days.
The pear has a thin skin, fine flesh, and is juicy, crispy, and refreshing.
