Early Crisp Red Pear (早酥红梨)

Description

Early Crisp Red Pear, also known as Rainbow Pear, is a new hybrid variety.
It has an elongated shape with beautiful red and yellow longitudinal stripes on the skin, resembling a rainbow, hence the name “Rainbow Pear”.
The fruit is large, with an average individual weight of 250g, oval-shaped, with a relatively long stalk, and persistent or residual sepals. The flesh is white, fine, and crispy, with plenty of juice and a mild sweet taste. The soluble solid content ranges from 10.5% to 12%, with a titratable acid content of 0.25%, indicating superior quality. It is resistant to storage and can be stored for 2 to 3 months at room temperature.
