Description
The fruit is mostly oval or elongated oval in shape, with an average weight of about 250 grams per fruit, and the largest ones can reach up to 700 grams. The skin is yellow-green or greenish-yellow, smooth, glossy, and has rib-like protrusions. The skin is thin and crisp. The fruit dots are small and not very noticeable. The core is relatively small. The flesh is white, finely textured, crisp, and refreshing, with few stone cells. It is particularly juicy, with a slightly sweet taste. It contains 11%-14% soluble solids, 7.23% soluble sugars, 0.28% titratable acidity, and 3.70 milligrams of vitamin C per 100 grams, indicating high quality.
