Description
The fruit matures in mid-to-late July, with an individual fruit weight of 150-260 grams. The fruit surface is light green, with a reddish blush on the sun-facing side. The top of the fruit resembles an eagle’s beak, and the suture line is shallow, with the two halves being relatively symmetrical. The fruit has an attractive shape, with white flesh and a red tint near the clingstone pit. It has a sugar content of 17%, offering a honey-like sweetness.
Bare root shipping. Some leave, branches or roots will be trimmed off before shipping.
