Description

This is a high-sugar plum variety that matures in early August. The fruit is perfectly round or nearly spherical, with a relatively small size, weighing between 25 to 40 grams per fruit. The skin is purple-red, while the flesh is yellow, occasionally with reddish streaks. The fruit has a well-defined suture line with a shallow groove, and the yellow speckles are dense and uniformly sized. The fruit is covered in a thick, grayish-white bloom. The flesh is crisp and sweet, with a soluble solid content ranging from 12.7% to 13.27%, a total soluble sugar content of 10%, and total acidity of 0.56%. It also contains 2.6 milligrams of Vitamin C per 100 grams. The stone is small and freestone, with an edible rate of 96.8%. The plum is resistant to storage and transport.
