Description
The fruit is spherical, with a single fruit weight of 14.4 grams and a maximum of 17.3 grams. When fully ripe, it is white jade in color, with a slight red dot on the tip of the flesh column; the flesh is soft and tender, juicy, sweet and slightly sour, with a strong flavor, a unique fragrance, and high quality. The edible rate is 93.6%, the soluble solids are 13.4%, and it matures in mid to late June.
The white crystal yangmei is crystal clear in color, and looks like a white jade, like a ball of suet. The flesh is firm, moderately sweet and sour, and the taste is also quite good. Often after eating it, there is still a faint fragrance in the mouth.
