Description
Bingtangxin jujube is a high-quality, new variety of jujube, with individual fruits weighing between 20 and 50 grams and maturing from August to September. The fruit is plump, with thick, juicy, and crisp flesh. It gets its name from the transparent, sugar-like crystals that form inside, resembling rock sugar. When bitten into, it has a rich sweetness with a hint of honey.
