Description
It is a type of white peach and is the most widely cultivated peach variety in Japan. The fruit is large, with an average weight of 250 grams and can reach up to 500 grams for larger fruits. The fruit shape is round but slightly irregular. The skin has a creamy white base color with a red blush on the sun-exposed side, top, and along the suture line. The flesh is white, juicy, and tender, with a dense texture, low fiber content, and moderate fragrance. It has a rich sweet and sour flavor, with a rose-red tint near the pit.
The fruit is nearly round, with bright red skin and a smooth, attractive surface. It has a sweet taste and strong aroma, containing 16.48% soluble solids. It is rich in various sugars, fruit acids, vitamins, and over 20 trace elements. The fruit matures at the end of July.
