Description
The Bai Ru Yu Peach (White as Jade Peach) begins to mature in early July, with a fruit development period of around 100 days. The fruit is round, with an average weight of 240 grams, and larger fruits weighing over 360 grams. The surface is clean, with a pale greenish-white color (when not bagged). Both the appearance and flesh are pure white, resembling jade. The flavor is sweet and pleasant, with high quality. The fruit contains 14% to 16% soluble solids and is clingstone. It maintains its quality for a long time on the tree.
