Description
It has an attractive appearance, with golden-yellow flesh and a well-proportioned shape. The average fruit weight is over 200 grams, with the largest reaching around 400 grams. The peach has an average sugar content of 13-15 Brix, and a small pit. The flesh becomes soft when ripe, offering a balanced texture that is slightly firm yet soft when eaten. It has a sweet flavor with low acidity, a pleasant aroma, and moderate juiciness. The peach typically matures from mid-August to early September.
