Kawashima Hisada Plum is a mid-season plum variety harvested in July. It is characterized by its exceptionally large fruit size, firm flesh, and a crisp, sweet flavor. The fruit has a blunt apex and excellent coloration, with over 70% of the skin developing a rose-red blush, giving it strong market appeal.
The average fruit weight is about 165 g, and large fruits can reach up to 310 g, placing it among the extra-large-fruited plum varieties. The cultivar also features a high fruit set rate, contributing to stable and high yields.
