Description
The fruit is round to oval in shape, with a bright red skin covered by a transparent natural wax layer, giving it a smooth and glossy appearance. The average fruit weight is 120–150 g, with the largest fruits reaching up to 255 g.
The flesh is fine-textured, juicy, and exceptionally sweet, with a soluble solids content of 17–22° Brix. It has a rich aroma, a pure sweetness with no acidity, and a long, pleasant aftertaste.

Xiangfei plum has a high self-pollination and fruit-setting rate, resulting in high and stable yields. To ensure superior fruit size and quality, strict flower and fruit thinning is required.
