Description
It is a premium early-ripening variety from the apricot–plum (pluot) series, with approximately 75% plum genetics and 25% apricot genetics. It ripens in mid-June. The fruit is round to nearly round, with a natural waxy bloom on the skin. The skin is green and smooth, while the flesh is red.
The fruit has high firmness, is clingstone, contains little coarse fiber, and is very juicy. It is notable for its high sugar content, reaching up to 20%, along with a pleasant aroma and exceptional eating quality.
One of its standout features is that it can be eaten at 70–80% maturity, at which stage the flavor and texture are already excellent—making it one of the few plum varieties that delivers such outstanding taste before full ripeness.
