White Jade Honey Peach Tree (白玉蜜桃)

The fruit is round in shape, with a slightly concave top, giving it an elegant and beautiful appearance. The surface is smooth, with short and sparse fuzz, and is pure white without blemishes, though it may develop a slight pale pink tint as it matures.

Each peach weighs about 200g, with larger fruits reaching over 350g. The flesh is white, with a firm texture, crisp sweetness, and a distinct sugar-like flavor. It has a low acidity, offering a refreshing and crisp taste. The soluble solids content is above 13%, and the sugar content ranges from 15-18° Brix.

Maturity: In the Shangqiu region, the development period is about 60 days, with fruit typically ripening in early June.
