Description
Bingtang White Jujube produces mostly oval fruits, with occasional gourd-shaped ones. Individual fruits weigh 15–25 grams and have a high sugar content of 26–30%. This variety ripens in mid to late August and is known for its high productivity, low fruit cracking, thin skin, small pit, crisp texture, and juicy, exceptional flavor. It is considered an excellent early-ripening jujube variety.
