Description
Xinyu Pear is a brown-skinned pear with a well-shaped, attractive appearance. The average fruit weighs 350 g, with the largest reaching 600 g. The flesh is crisp and free of residue, with a high sweetness level of about 13–15° Brix. It ripens in early July and can be stored for around 15 days at room temperature.
