The fruit weighs about 188 to 225 grams. It has a round shape with a shallow suture line and good fruit symmetry. The skin is covered with fuzz, red with a creamy yellow background, and is easy to peel.
The flesh is white, with minimal coloration near the pit. It has a melting texture, high sugar content (up to 12%), low acidity (only 0.4%), and a sweet, richly aromatic flavor.
Red-flower hawk-beak peach produces large, round fruits with a distinctive elongated tip resembling a “hawk’s beak.” Individual fruits are relatively large, weighing between 200 and 350 grams. The skin is green with a red blush on the sun-exposed side and covered with fine fuzz, giving the fruit an attractive appearance. It ripens in early to mid-August. The flesh is greenish-red, turning red from the inside out. It has a crisp texture, abundant juice, a sweet taste, and a hint of honey flavor.
