Description
The fruit is cylindrical in shape, with an average single fruit weight of 28.3 g (1.0 oz) and a maximum of 45 g (1.6 oz). The sun-exposed side of the fruit is dark red, while the shaded side is light green. The skin is thin, and the flesh is greenish-white, with a loose, crisp texture, abundant juice, and a sweet–tart flavor. It is of excellent quality, with a soluble solids content of 25.4%. The fruits mature in mid-September and are relatively storage-resistant.
