Xiahui No. 10 Honey Peach (霞辉10号水蜜桃)

Xiahui No. 10 Honey Peach is an early to mid-season, slow-softening variety with excellent fruit coloration and flesh quality.

• Maturity period: Ripens in early July, suitable for mid-summer harvest.

• Fruit shape & color: Round fruit with more than 80% of the skin blushed red, creating a highly attractive appearance.

• Fruit weight: Average fruit weight is about 257 g, with large fruits reaching over 397 g.

• Flesh & flavor: White-fleshed with a firm, melting texture, slightly crisp, sweet, and rich in flavor. Soluble solids content is 13%–14%.

• Stone: Clingstone type, with flesh adhering to the pit.

• Storage & transport: As a slow-softening peach, it softens slowly after harvest, making it suitable for storage and transport, with a shelf life of about 15 days.

• Rain tolerance: Even after several consecutive rainy days, the fruit maintains a high soluble solids content (up to 15.3%), a strong peach aroma, and full red skin color.
