Description
It is a cold-resistant variety selected from mountain regions. It has strong temperature adaptability, making it suitable for cultivation even in the colder areas of northern Taiwan. The branches are flexible, and the fruit is large (average fruit weight: 600 grams) with a caramel-like flavor. The flesh is firm and sweet (Brix: 17%), and the skin has a suitable thickness, with a well-balanced overall performance. A unique feature of this variety is that it can be eaten when it is 70% ripe, unlike most other varieties available on the market.
