Description
This Japanese variety is named for its strikingly red fruit and beautiful appearance, reminiscent of a graceful woman. It matures in mid to late June, filling the gap between early and mid-season peaches. The average fruit weight is 260 grams, with the largest reaching up to 680 grams. The flavor is exceptionally sweet, with a sugar content of 16% to 18%, offering a pleasantly sweet and delicate taste. The fruit is firm, with a hard texture. Once fully red, the peaches can remain on the tree for more than 10 days without softening and are highly resistant to storage.
