Description
Bai Ru Yu Peach (White-as-Jade Peach) matures in early July, with a fruit development period of approximately 100 days. The fruit is round in shape, averaging about 240 g, with larger specimens exceeding 360 g.
The skin is clean and pale greenish-white when grown without bagging, while both the exterior and flesh are a pure, jade-like white. The peach offers a pleasantly sweet flavor and excellent eating quality, with a soluble solids content of 14–16° Brix. It is a clingstone variety and is noted for its ability to maintain quality on the tree for an extended period.
