Weishan Red Snow Pear (巍山红雪梨)

Also known as Winter Snow pear. It is a late-maturing, high-quality fruit. It flowers in late February to early March and matures in October. The pear is known for its excellent storage capabilities, as it can be stored until the following year’s pear blossom season.

The fruit is oval-shaped with a uniform size, averaging 150 to 250 grams per pear. The skin has a yellow base color, with more than two-thirds of the surface covered in a bright red hue, resembling a crimson blush, making it visually striking. The flesh is white, with a fine, crisp texture, abundant juice, and a well-balanced sweet and sour taste, with no residue.
