Description
The fruit of Jinfeng pear is large and nearly round. The average single weight is 280 grams, and the largest can reach 451 grams. The peel is yellow-green and turns yellow after storage. The fruit core is small, the flesh is white, the flesh is tender, crisp, and juicy. There are few stone cells, the flavor is rich, sweet and sour, and the quality is excellent. It contains 12% to 15.7% soluble solids, 7.93% soluble sugar, 0.22% titratable acid, and 6.26% vitamin C mg/100g. The fruit has strong storage resistance and can generally be stored until May of the following year. The optimal edible period can reach 5 to 7 months.
