Changcheng Small Honey Pear (长城小蜜梨)

It is a specialty pear from Yangjiatai in Miyun County, Beijing. The fruit is typically round or oval, with an individual weight ranging from about 100 to 150 grams. The pear has a thin, delicate skin with a bright yellow color. Its flesh is fine and tender, offering a sweet, crisp, and juicy taste that leaves a lingering fragrance.

The sweetness of the pear resembles honey, which is how it earned its name.
