Description
It has slightly flattened, round fruits with slightly raised shoulders and yellow-brown skin. The flesh is pale waxy yellow, easily separates from the seed, and has a crisp, tender texture that melts in the mouth. It is sweet, juicy, and has a mild fragrance. The average fruit weight is 13.82 grams, with an edible rate of 69.6%. The fruit contains 19.3% soluble solids, 16.5 grams of total sugar per 100 grams, 7.4 grams of reducing sugars per 100 grams, 0.25 grams of titratable acid per kilogram, and 55.6 milligrams of vitamin C per 100 grams.
It is a mid-season variety known for its high yield, large fruit, sweet and juicy flavor, and excellent overall quality.
