Yingzui Mango, also known as Palayingda Mango, has large, thick fruit and is named for its beak-like shape. Originally introduced from Indonesia, it is known for its attractive appearance and high quality. Since 2005, it has been widely cultivated in various regions of China, including Yunnan, Fujian, Sichuan, and Guizhou.
**Characteristics:**
– **Skin and Flesh:** The mango has thin skin and a small seed. The flesh is golden yellow.
– **Nutritional Content:** It contains 15-23% soluble solids.
– **Edible Portion:** Approximately 72% of the fruit is edible.
– **Texture and Taste:** The flesh has very few or no fibers, is sweet, and has a pleasant aroma.
– **Seed:** The mango has a small, polyembryonic seed.
This variety is not commonly seen in the market.
