Also called Guire 10, was selected from the seedlings of the Yellow Ivory Mango.
This variety exhibits multiple flowering cycles per year. The fruit development period is about 140 days. The fruit is long and oval-shaped, with a single fruit weight of 350-550 grams. The skin is emerald green, turning yellow to deep yellow when ripe. The flesh is orange-yellow, with a fine and smooth texture, very little fiber, and abundant juice. The edible rate is over 71%, with a soluble solids content of 21.46%, total sugar content of 21.2%, total acid content of 0.18%, and vitamin C content of 12.1 mg per 100 grams of pulp. The taste is honey-sweet and aromatic, with excellent quality. The fruit has a flat, polyembryonic seed. Guishi is high-yielding, consistently productive, and resistant to powdery mildew.
