Jiangyong Fragrant (江永香柚)

Description

Jiangyong Fragrant Pomelo has fruits that resemble a gourd or pear shape and are large, with each fruit weighing between 1 to 2 kilograms. When ripe, the fruit turns golden yellow with a bright, glossy surface and emits a fragrant aroma. The bottom of the fruit has a coin-like circular imprint, commonly known as the “money flower,” which is a distinctive mark for identifying genuine Jiangyong Fragrant Pomelo.

Jiangyong Fragrant Pomelo is known for its high quality and nutritional value. The flesh is crystal-like, thick, and juicy, with a delicate and crisp texture, a hint of honey flavor, and rich nutrition. It is naturally rich in selenium, and its vitamin C and soluble solid content are among the highest in pomelo varieties.
